1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Provided

DodoVoice provides internet-based communication services, including VoIP calls, messaging, and related functionalities. We do not provide emergency calling services (e.g., 911, 112, 999, or any other emergency numbers). Our service is not a replacement for your primary telephone service and should not be relied upon for emergency communications. Please see Section 14 for more details on emergency calling limitations.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use DodoVoice.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Any activity on your account is your responsibility.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use DodoVoice for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
  • Engage in spamming, phishing, or harassment.
  • Violate any local, national, or international laws.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our services.

We may monitor usage to ensure compliance with these Terms and take action if necessary.

5. Payment & Credits

  • Users must pay credits to fund their account, and credits are deducted as specified before each call or when purchasing a number.
  • Some features of DodoVoice may require a paid subscription.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • We may change pricing with notice.

6. Phone Numbers & Calling Services

  • DodoVoice provides phone numbers via third-party providers (e.g., Twilio).
  • We cannot guarantee the availability of specific phone numbers.
  • Some numbers may require identity verification due to local regulations.

7. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities.
  • Your use of the service negatively impacts our network or other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • DodoVoice is provided "as is" and "as available."
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Privacy

Your use of DodoVoice is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of DodoVoice after updates means you accept the changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

12. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds for the credits purchased and used via phone numbers purchases or calls performed using our service. All sales are final.

Any unused credits can be refunded to the original payment method used to purchase the credits. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@dodovoice.com.

14. Emergency Calling Limitations

DodoVoice does not support emergency calls. Our service is not intended to replace your regular telephone service for emergency communications.

  • DodoVoice actively blocks attempts to call emergency numbers from most countries.
  • If you bypass our blocking measures and attempt to call an emergency number, your account will be terminated and any unused credits will be forfeited.
  • DodoVoice cannot be used to contact emergency services in any country.
  • DodoVoice does not support Enhanced 911 (E911) or similar services that automatically provide your location to emergency responders.
  • In case of an emergency, you should use a traditional telephone service, mobile phone, or other emergency calling service to contact your local emergency services.
  • You acknowledge and agree that any emergency calls placed using DodoVoice may not connect, and DodoVoice is not liable for any damages resulting from failed emergency calls.
  • You agree to inform all potential users of your DodoVoice service of these limitations.

By using DodoVoice, you acknowledge and accept these limitations and agree to make alternative arrangements for emergency calling capabilities.
